These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made from Melvionzâ˘, including order acceptance, payment, product availability, fulfillment, delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
Suzhou Baohe Huayuan Technology Co., Ltd., doing business as Melvionzâ˘, operates this store and is the seller for purchases made through it.
By submitting an order, you agree to the transaction terms below together with the policies applicable to your purchase.
Orders & Acceptance
Adding a product to your cart does not reserve inventory or create a completed sale.
When you submit an order, you are requesting to purchase the selected products using the information provided at checkout. An order may be subject to payment authorization, inventory availability, address review, and reasonable fraud or transaction checks before fulfillment.
We may contact you when additional information is reasonably required to process an order.
If an order cannot be accepted or fulfilled, we will take appropriate steps to cancel the affected item or order and return any applicable amount already collected for it to the original payment method.
We will not cancel a legitimate order solely to replace it with a higher price after purchase.
Product Information
Melvionz⢠offers home organization products intended for uses such as closet, shelf, vanity, desktop, drawer, accessory, and household storage.
We aim to provide useful descriptions, dimensions, materials, configurations, and product imagery so customers can evaluate an item before ordering.
Please review product measurements and intended use before purchasing.
Minor variations may occur in products involving woven surfaces, bamboo, fabric, color finishes, or similar materials. Such ordinary variation is different from receiving an incorrect, defective, or materially misdescribed item.
Product-specific safety information and instructions should be followed where provided.
Prices & Payment
Unless otherwise indicated at checkout, store prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD).
The final amount presented during checkout may include the product price, applicable shipping charge, taxes where collected, and other charges disclosed before payment confirmation.
Available payment methods are those displayed during checkout.
Payment may be subject to authorization or verification by the relevant payment provider, bank, or card issuer. A submitted order is not guaranteed to proceed when payment cannot be successfully authorized.
We do not ask customers to send complete card details through ordinary customer-service email.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Orders are normally processed within 2â5 business days after payment confirmation. During holidays, major promotions, or unusually high-volume periods, processing may take up to 6 business days.

These periods are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Orders may be fulfilled from our own or partner facilities depending on inventory availability and destination. A purchase therefore should not be assumed to ship from a warehouse located within the customer's country.
Tracking information will be provided when available after dispatch. Initial carrier updates may take approximately 1â3 business days to appear.

Address Accuracy
Customers should review the shipping information entered during checkout before submitting an order.
If you discover an address error, contact service@melvionz.com as soon as possible.
We will attempt to assist while the order remains at a stage where changes are reasonably possible. Once a shipment has already been dispatched, an address change may no longer be available through us and may depend on the carrier.
Changes & Cancellations
Cancellation or order-change requests should be submitted as soon as possible after purchase.
We review requests according to the order's current fulfillment status rather than imposing a separate cancellation fee merely for requesting cancellation.
If an order has not reached a stage where cancellation is no longer reasonably possible, we will attempt to process the request.
Once dispatched, an order generally cannot be treated as an unshipped cancellation. An eligible item may instead be returned after delivery according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Returns
Eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
For preference-based returns, products should generally remain unused, in their original condition, complete with included components, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an otherwise correct and conforming product because of personal preference.
Before sending a return, contact service@melvionz.com for authorization and the applicable instructions.
Do not send returns to our business registration address unless our customer support team specifically instructs you to do so. An approved return will be provided with the appropriate return warehouse address and instructions.
Product or Fulfillment Problems
If a product arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from its description, contact us with your order number and relevant photographs or information.
After review, we will provide an appropriate replacement, refund, return arrangement, or other reasonable resolution at no additional cost to the customer where the issue is attributable to the product or fulfillment of the order.
Customers should not independently pay to return an incorrect or defective item before receiving return instructions from us.
For delivery problems, a carrier status showing âDeliveredâ does not automatically prevent review of a reasonable claim.
Refunds
Approved refunds for eligible returns are issued to the original payment method.
For a standard return, the refund is generally issued within 5â10 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
After a refund is issued, a bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Original shipping charges are not normally refunded for a preference-based return unless applicable law requires otherwise. Where the issue results from our product or fulfillment error, the customer will not be required to bear the related return cost.

International Orders
Cross-border orders may be subject to customs procedures, import requirements, taxes, duties, or charges determined by the destination jurisdiction.
Where a tax, duty, or similar charge is collected by us at checkout, it will form part of the amount presented before purchase. Charges separately imposed by local authorities or carriers may be handled according to the applicable destination rules.
Customs processing may also affect estimated delivery times.
Fair Resolution of Transaction Issues
If something goes wrong with an order, we encourage you to contact us with the relevant order details so the issue can be reviewed.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove statutory consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted.
Updates to Transaction Terms
We may revise these Terms and Conditions as our store, fulfillment practices, or applicable requirements change.
The terms applicable to an order will not be retroactively replaced simply to disadvantage a customer after a completed purchase. The current version and revision date will remain available on this page.
